Information we collect for SMS
- Your mobile phone number (stored in E.164 format)
- Date and time of your opt-in
- The consent language and version you agreed to
- Opt-in source (verboort.org/sms)
- IP address and browser user-agent (for fraud prevention and compliance records)
How we use SMS information
We use your phone number to send festival-related text messages you opted in to receive, such as updates, reminders, and volunteer or event information for the annual Verboort Sausage & Kraut Festival. We do not sell your phone number. Message delivery is provided through our SMS service provider (Twilio).
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any festival text message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help or call (503) 447-4781. You may also contact us through our festival contact form.
