The 92nd Verboort Sausage & Kraut Festival is Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Visitation Parish, 4317 NW Visitation Rd, Forest Grove, OR 97116. Attending the festival is free. Use the crowd chart, hours, and walkthrough below to decide when to come and what to do first.
Parking and accessibility
- Most parking is in a grass field, which may become muddy in wet weather. Choose your vehicle with that in mind. Accessible parking is in front of the school and church on Visitation Rd. See the FAQ.
- Recreational vehicles are discouraged — parking is limited, and overnight parking is not permitted.
- Only service animals as defined under the ADA are allowed. Pets are not permitted on school and parish grounds.

Grounds activity starts at 9:00 a.m. Festival entry is free. Dining hall tickets are sold onsite only at the Ticket Booth, starting at 9:00 a.m. — they are not sold online.
Arrive early if you want bulk sausage, kraut, or homemade items from the Marketplace. Those lines, ticket sales, the info booth, and the snack bar open at 9:00 a.m. Closing time depends on when items sell out. You may get in line before 9:00 a.m. for bulk sales.

Family bingo runs 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Games and activities for children are spread across bingo, the marketplace, and kid games on the marketplace stage — there is no separate posted start time.

The dining room and dinners to go start at 11:00 a.m. and serve until 8:00 p.m. The crowd chart above usually peaks from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
For dine-in, buy tickets first at the Dining Hall Ticket Booth, then join the dining hall entry line with your ticket. Sausage and kraut are all-you-can-eat; other sides are one serving per ticket. To-go containers are not allowed in the dining hall.

Drive-thru and walk-up are a single to-go meal, not all-you-can-eat. Pay when you order in that lane or line — not at the dining hall ticket booth.

Drive-thru, walk-up, and the dining hall each have their own ticket line in a different part of the festival. Lines are not interchangeable — make sure you are in the right one before you wait.

Afternoon and evening
The beer garden is 21+ with valid ID, from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sports games run on projector screens, including college football. Beer stein competitions are at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
