Dominga H. Gonzales, 83, a resident of the Hillsboro community, died Saturday morning, November 6, 2021 at her home.

DOMINGA H. GONZALES was born October 30, 1938 in Sinton, Texas, the daughter of the late Domingo Hiracheta and Delfina (Tobias) Hiracheta. She was raised and received her education in Taft, Texas.
She had worked in t he electronics industry for Tektronix, Inc. and later Merix for fifteen years, until she retired at the age of sixty-five years old.
Dominga was raised in the Catholic Church.
Among her special interests, she enjoyed cooking, sewing, family time and visiting with others on her phone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Domingo and Delfina Hiracheta and her son, David Gonzales in 2011.
Survivors include her three daughters and sons-in-law, Maria and Bob Cate, of Aloha, Oregon; Lucia and Kenneth Landauer, of North Plains, Oregon and Modesta and Gary Vanderzanden, of Hillsboro, Oregon; her son, Ricardo Gonzales, of Forest Grove, Oregon; her brother and sister-in-law, Ernest and Tina Hiracheta, of Corpus Christi, Texas and her sister, Juanita Maldonado, of Resugid, Texas.
Also surviving are her fifteen grandchildren, Anna, Alma, Robert, Debra, Christian and Amber; Ernest, Melinda and Lisa; Michael, Melisa and Heather; Ricardo, III. and David, Jr. and Darren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
