Parking

Free parking is available with many assistants to help direct traffic.

Supervised bike parking is also available from 10:30am-5pm for our guests who ride bikes.

Dinner Tickets

Dinner tickets go on sale at 10am, once purchased your number will be called in the order sold.

There are many other attractions on the parish grounds to keep you busy while waiting for sausage & there are sausage dogs for those who want a lighter meal.

Tickets must be used no later than 1 hour after your ticket number has been announced and displayed above the dinner entrance door.

There are no advanced sales of tickets available.

Bulk Sausage & Sauerkraut Sales

We open the doors for bulk Sausage and Sauerkraut sales at 9am, although the lines begin forming much earlier.  In 2007, the first person lined up to buy sausage at 3:30AM!  We usually sell out of available bulk sausage in the very early afternoon. If bulk sausage is important to you plan to arrive early. Though it varies a bit from year to year, usually arriving somewhere around 8 or 9AM is your best bet.  Arriving after 10:30 or 11AM is usually too late.

There are no advance orders or shipping arrangements that can be made and it only goes on sale once a year.

There are separate lines for sausage and kraut. If you are planning on buying both it is wise to bring two people (or make an alliance with a stranger!).
